      中国经济转型成本的指标体系可从经济增长方式转变成本、产业结构调整成本和体制改革成本三个方面进行构建,并利用熵权法进行指数编制。以1978—2011年数据为依据,测算经济增长方式转变成本、产业结构调整成本、体制改革成本的综合指数以及经济转型总成本的综合指数。通过经济转型成本的阶段性分析,将中国转型成本划分为四个阶段。从经济转型各成本的关联性来看,体制改革成本与经济转型总成本的关联程度最大。

英文摘要:

      China's economic transformation cost index system can be constructed from three aspects:transformation cost of economic growth mode, adjustment cost of industrial structure and cost of institutional reform, with a use of the entropy method for the index compilation. Based on the data of the years from 1978 to 2011, it can be estimated the composite index of transformation cost of economic growth mode, adjustment cost of industrial structure and cost of institutional reform as well as the total cost of economic transformation composite index. Through a stage analysis of economic transformation cost, China's economic transformation cost can be divided into four phases. From the relationship among China's economic transformation costs, the cost of institutional reform has the highest correlation with the total cost of economic transformation. 
