基于省际面板数据,利用固定效应变系数模型,实证分析了房地产投资对经济增长影响的地区差异。研究发现,房地产投资与经济增长之间存在长期的均衡关系,并且房地产投资对经济增长起到正向的促进作用;房地产投资对经济增长的影响存在显著的地区差异,东、中部地区经济增长对房地产投资依赖程度明显高于西部地区,而西部地区经济增长拉动能力则主要依赖于非房地产投资。 |

Based on the provincial panel data, using a fixed effects model with variable coefficients, this paper empirically analyzes the regional differences of the impact of real estate investment on economic growth. The research finds that: (1) there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between real estate investment and economic growth, and the real estate investment has played a positive role in promoting the economic growth; (2) there are significant regional differences of the impact of real estate investment on economic growth, with the economic growth obviously more dependent on real estate investment in the eastern and central regions than in the western region where the capacity stimulating the economic growth mainly depends on non-real estate investment. |
