      日前，“北京工商大学商法研究中心成立大会暨商法制度创新学术研讨会”在京隆重召开。来自理论界与实务界的专家学者结合我国当前转变经济发展方式和创新驱动的发展战略，围绕“市场经济体制完善与商法理念更新”、“企业制度创新与商法完善”、“金融创新与商法完善”、“商业模式创新与商法完善”等问题进行了研讨。

      Recently, the Founding Conference of the Center of Commercial Law Studies at Beijing Technology and Business University and Academic Seminar on Commercial Law Institutional Innovation was held in Beijing. Theoretical and practical experts and scholars combined the current transformation of Chinas economic development mode and the innovation-driven development strategy under a heated discussion focusing on the topics including “the Improvement of Market Economy System and Commercial Law Conception Update”, “Enterprise System Innovation and Improvement of Commercial Law”, “Financial Innovation and Perfection of Commercial Law” and “Business Model Innovation and Perfection of Commercial Law”, etc.
