购物中心是建立在需求“锁定”基础上的,由此导致消费者的路径依赖是这一商业模式赖以生存的前提。然而,生活方式的多变性以及网上零售的发展与日臻完善,已对传统购物中心商业模式产生了冲击,寻求现代生活方式的引导而非简单的物质满足成为当今顾客的普遍需求,因此,传统的购物中心向现代生活方式引导中心转化势在必行。转化的价值取向由单纯的“业态提供商”转变为“现代生活方式提供商”,而“锁相技术”因具备与需求同步适配的基本特征,为转化提供了有效方式。 |

The research shows that shopping mall develops on the basis of lock-in demand which thereby leads to customers path dependence, and this is the premise for the survival of such business model. However, the change in the lifestyle and the boom of online retail which is increasingly perfect are a threatening shock to the traditional business model of shopping mall. It is customers basic demand in pursuit of the guide for modern lifestyle rather than the satisfaction with physical goods. Therefore, it is inevitable to make the shopping mall shift to the lifestyle center. The value orientation should be a shift from “provider of shopping formats” to “provider of modern lifestyle”. Due to the basic feature of synchrocyclotron with demand, the “phase locked technology” provides an effective way for the shift. |
