      通过2000—2010年31个省份的面板数据，得到了财富效应影响下的中国居民消费函数。运用FGLS方法，建立变截距随机效应模型，得到消费函数中各个财富效应的大小，并对东部、中部和西部地区的差异性进行对比分析，在此基础上提出了相关的政策建议。

英文摘要:

      Through the panel data in 31 provinces during the years from 2000 to 2010, the function of Chinese resident consumption behaviors is obtained under the influence of wealth effect. By adopting FGLS method to build the random-effect model for variable intercept of panel data, the values of various wealth effects are obtained in consumption function. A comparative analysis is made on the differences among eastern, middle and western regions. Moreover, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
