      首先对商业模式进行了文献综述,借鉴了Morris层次论和Osterwalder要素论的研究成果,在回顾梳理中国零售业自新中国成立以来企业经营发展历程的基础上,分析了不同时期零售企业的一般模式,提出零售商业模式的核心要素构成、边际要素构成以及零售商业模式的层级关系。其次,结合零售商业模式的理论研究,比较分析了王府井百货、苏宁电器、万达百货这三种典型零售企业商业模式之间的差异,并提炼出可供零售企业借鉴的相关结论。
英文摘要:
      Firstly, this article makes a literature review on the business model, draw experiences from the research findings of Morris theory of hierarchy and Osterwalders theory of elements and make an analysis on the general patterns of retail enterprises in different periods on the basis of reviewing the development course of Chinas retail enterprise since the founding of PRC. It puts forward the core elements and marginal elements of the retail business model and presents the hierarchical relationship of retail business model. Combining the theoretic study on retail business model, it compares the differences of retail business model in typical stores such as Wangfujing Department Store, Suning Electric Appliance, and Wanda Department Store with related conclusions extracted for the reference of retail enterprises in future.
