      为保障我国农产品质量安全，建设更为完善的农产品流通体系，引入农产品质量安全水平作为随机变量，构建了典型农产品流通渠道组织形式，即“农户+合作社+龙头企业”下的优化模型，分别分析了以龙头企业为主导和龙头企业与合作社一体化下，龙头企业与合作社农户努力水平的决定及其关系，得出当龙头企业与合作社农户的努力行为是替代与互补两类不同关系时，农产品质量敏感度等因素对他们努力行为的影响效应不同等的结论，并提出了相应的建议。

英文摘要:

      In order to safeguard the quality safety of agricultural products and build a better circulation system of agricultural products in China, this paper takes the agricultural product quality safety as the random variable to build the optimization model under “peasant household, cooperative and leading enterprise”, an organizational form in the typical agricultural product circulation channel. It respectively analyzes the effort determination of leading enterprise, cooperative as well as peasant household and their relationship in the one either dominated by leading enterprise or integrated by cooperative and leading enterprise. It concludes that the sensitivity of agricultural product quality and other factors have different effects on the efforts of leading enterprise and the cooperative when their efforts are either substitutable or complementary. Accordingly, the corresponding suggestions are proposed.
