英文摘要:

      Supply chain finance is a kind of comprehensive financing service provided by financial enterprises to the key corporations in the supply chain through an effective control over the logistics, information flow and cash flow or with a combination of responsibilities of relative corporations. Based on the existing research results, with the help of working practices, this paper defines the concept and characteristics of supply chain finance. Moreover, it makes a study on the operating mechanism and management framework of supply chain finance.
