      共同物流持续运行的关键问题是合作风险防控。从信息不对称角度出发，采用博弈论和复杂系统理论，认为不对称信息下的共同物流合作风险主要为：道德风险，管理风险，运作风险和信用风险。利用定量方法与定性咨询相结合的分析框架，从共同物流合作方式、利益分配、信息共享、治理机制等方面，探究合作风险产生的原因。采用完善联盟机制、健全声誉机制、优化利益分配机制，建立了全过程的合作风险治理对策，能够明显降低共同物流各参与主体的合作风险，提高系统收益。

英文摘要:

      The key issue of integrated logistics is the prevention and control of cooperation risk. From the point of information asymmetry, using the information economics theory, this paper proposes the main forms of integrated logistics cooperation risk including moral risk, managerial risk, operational risk and credit risk. With the analytical framework of both quantitative method and qualitative advice, it explores the causes of cooperation risk from the way of integrated logistics cooperation, profit allocation, information sharing, governance mechanism, etc. The countermeasures against cooperation risk are established in a whole process by perfect union mechanism, solid reputation mechanism and optimal profit distribution mechanism, which can significantly reduce the cooperation risk of every participating subject in integrated logistics to improve the system revenue.
