      在对企业可持续发展能力内涵、作用机理进行分析的基础上，提炼出影响企业可持续发展能力的五个因素。运用结构方程构建了包括6个潜变量、17个观测变量的影响因素模型。通过问卷调查获得基础数据，利用LISREL软件对模型进行了实证分析，结果表明：企业可持续发展能力的高低，首先取决于企业制度和企业家素质，其次是市场权力和技术水平，经营理念影响最小。

英文摘要:

      This paper studies the connotation and mechanism of enterprise sustainable development ability and summarizes 5 influencing factors accordingly. By applying the structural equation, this paper builds a model of influencing factors including 6 latent variables and 17 observable variables. It obtains the basic data from questionnaire survey and uses LISREL software to make an empirical analysis on the model. The results show that the level of enterprise sustainable development ability depends on the enterprise system and entrepreneurship first of all, followed by market power and technical level, and finally with the management idea having the minimum influence.
