      流通业绿色发展是流通业经济增长与资源节约、环境友好、人类健康安全协调统一的发展。借鉴绿色发展的相关理论，在专家访谈和问卷调查的基础上，运用德尔菲法、层次分析法确定流通业绿色状况评价指标体系，采用综合评价法对长沙零售业、物流业绿色度进行分析，得出长沙流通业绿色发展状况处于中等偏上水平，而不同流通企业绿色度等级差异明显的结论，并据此提出提升“两型”试验区流通业绿色发展水平的法规标准、经济、技术、人才、文化等方面的对策建议。

英文摘要:

      The green development of circulation industry is essentially a harmonious development between economic growth in circulation industry and resource conservation, friendly environment as well as human health and safety. With reference to relative theory of green development, based on expert interviews and questionnaire surveys, this study employs Delphi method and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to determine the index system for evaluating the green development status in circulation industry. It adopts the comprehensive evaluation method to conduct an empirical analysis on the retailing industry and logistics industry in Changsha and draws a conclusion that the green development of circulation industry in Changsha is high above the average level and the green degree varies obviously in different circulation enterprises. Accordingly, this study puts forward the suggestions on regulations and standards, economy, technology, talents, culture, etc. for an improvement in green development of circulation industry in the test area of resource-conserving and environment-friendly society.
