      Due to the great potential economic values of business approaches in the advancement of e-business,various countries in the world make different choices of system on whether to grant these approaches the patent protection.As witnessed from the history of patent protection for business approaches in the USA,Japan and Europe,those protections tend to be more concerned in the perspective of industrial policy to make a new interpretation to the scope of patent protection in judicial practice so as to match the market needs.The practices in the USA,Japan and Europe are of important revelation to China.
