      Trade-mark infringement arises in logistics enterprises from their such logistics activities as transporting,storing,packing,processing,distributing,etc.The infringement involved is different from general infringement in characteristics.Logistics enterprises are obliged to assume the corresponding legal liabilities for trade-mark infringement arising from logistics activities.In order to avoid the risk of trade-mark infringement,logistics enterprises should attach great importance to the necessary preventative measures.
