      《劳动合同法》是在国际、国内大背景下应运而生的,对我国境内的所有企业都产生了重大影响,企业同时受到外部社会遵从和内部雇用成本、雇用灵活性和雇用方式的多重压力。主动调整是《劳动合同法》下企业的最优策略。提高投资回报率的竞争策略、人力资源的一体化管理、标准化管理构建相关利益者的价值评价与分享机制及制度化管理等是企业劳动关系调整的动力模式。
英文摘要:
      The "Labor Contract Law" emerged under the international and domestic background,which has a significant impact on all enterprises in China.Enterprises face various pressures of both external social compliance and internal employment costs,employment flexibility and employment forms.To take the initiative to adjust management is the optimal strategy of enterprises under the "Labor Contract Law".The dynamic pattern of enterprise labor relations adjustment includes the reconsideration on four aspects of human resource management,namely the competition strategy by increasing return rate of investment,the integrated management of human resources,the standardized management to build up stakeholders' value evaluation and sharing mechanism,and the institutionalized management.
