      组织文化与员工态度都是当前组织行为学和人力资源管理研究领域中的热点问题。本研究通过37个组织收集的275名员工的数据,基于多水平分析的方法,探讨了组织文化的四个维度:诚信导向的文化、团队导向的文化、成就导向的文化和创新导向的文化对员工工作满意度和情感承诺的影响。结果表明:组织文化的四个维度对员工工作满意度和情感承诺均有显著影响;在其他三个维度文化相同的情况下,创新导向的文化影响更为突出。
英文摘要:
      Organization culture and personnel attitude are both the hot issues in current research on organizational behavior and human resource management.Based on 275 staff samples from 37 organizations,using multi-level analysis,this paper discusses the impacts of organization culture on job satisfaction and affective commitment from four dimensions of organization culture,such as integrity-oriented culture,team-oriented culture,achievements-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture.The results indicate that the said four dimensions of organization culture have the marked impacts on job satisfaction and affective commitment,and when the other three dimensions(integrity-oriented culture,team-oriented culture,and achievements-oriented culture) are the same,the impact of innovation-oriented culture is more notable.The research result has the important inspiration role in human resource management of companies.
