      The theory of financial development and many empirical studies have demonstrated that there is a positive correlation between financial development and economic growth.However,an analysis should be further made on the mechanism how finance plays a role in economy.This paper explains the relationship between finance and economy from the perspective of investment and financing and industrial structure adjustment.Finally,it reveals the investment and financing mechanism in regional industrial structure adjustment.
