      用新制度经济学的基本理论分析了我国供销合作社制度变迁的轨迹和特色。内容包括:一是从制度需求角度分析了供销社从合作制——集体所有制——国有制——集体所有制——合作制的历史变迁,认为这种变迁有其客观性和需求基础;二是从制度供给的角度分析了供销社在改革开放以后制度供给的滞后和非均衡,认为这种制度非均衡制约着供销社改革的进程,影响了改革的成效;三是论述了制度创新主体转换中供销社制度创新的特色,认为主体转换的过程使供销社制度变迁呈现渐进式和多种模式的并存,有利于改革的推进;最后,供销社制度变迁的方式为准需求诱致型制度变迁,从总体上看,这种制度变迁的方式有助于制度变迁的良性演进。

英文摘要:

      With the basic theory of new institutional economics,this article analyzes the changes and the characteristics of institutional transformation in China's supply and marketing cooperatives.Firstly,in the perspective of institutional demand,it analyzes the historical transition of supply and marketing cooperative system:cooperative system,collective ownership,state-owned system,and cooperative system.It concludes that such change has been based on its objectivity and demand.Secondly,from the perspective of institutional supply,it discusses the lag and non-equilibrium of institutional supply after the reform and opening up.It considers that the non-equilibrium has constrained the reform process of supply and marketing cooperatives and has influenced the effectiveness of the reform.Thirdly,it expounds the features of institutional innovation in the supply and marketing cooperatives in their conversion of institutional innovation entity.It deems that the entity conversion process has made the institutional transformation take on a look of progressive way and multi-mode coexistence,which is good to push the further reform.Finally,as to the way of institutional transformation,it is a kind of quasi-demand induced institutional transformation,which generally contributes to the healthy evolution of institutional transformation.
