食品安全关系着广大消费者的健康乃至生命安全。保障食品安全需要从农产品生产到食品加工直至流通过程实施全程监管。食品流通过程中的安全隐患主要来自于销售过期、假冒伪劣、来路不明的食品等。餐饮业在食品进料和储存、餐具消毒与食物加工环境的卫生方面同样会存在食品安全隐患。加强流通过程中的食品安全的监管,需要不断地完善与食品安全相关的法律和制度,在政府监管的体制与方式上不断地改革与创新,并通过消费者教育提高全民的食品安全意识和让更多的消费者掌握食品安全常识。 |

Food safety is concerned with the consumers' health and life.In order to ensure the food safety,it is important to carry out the supervision and control on the whole process from the production of agricultural products to the food processing and the circulation.During the circulation,the hidden danger in food safety mainly comes from overdue food,counterfeits and fakes,or food with ambiguous sources.Also,the hidden danger in food safety lies in the sanitation in food purchase and storage,tableware disinfection and food processing environment.In order to strengthen the supervision and control on food safety during the circulation,it is necessary to improve the laws and systems related with food safety,innovate the system and manner of governmental control,and educate the consumers to build up consumers' awareness of food safety and help more consumers gain the knowledge about food safety. |
