调查显示,我国期货中介机构市场开发与宣传行为存在收益性与风险性不对等宣传、宣传资料表达不规范等问题。美国期货业协会在规范体系上相对严格。我国在规范体系的构建思路是:以协会自律为核心,通过逐步过渡实现,建立监管层面的业务细则和期货业协会层面的的行为规范。 |

The investigation reveals that the promotion and advertisement behaviors of the futures intermediate institutions have many problems such as the imbalanced promotion between returns and risks, improper promotion materials, etc. In contrast, National Futures Association of USA has a strict regulation system. For the construction of regulation system in China, this paper proposes to make the self-regulation of association as the core system, effect the regulation through gradual transition and establish the operation rule by supervision institution and the behavior norm by futures association. |
