      本世纪以来,北京市城镇居民的人均年可支配收入随着北京市经济的快速发展在逐年增长,但不同收入户、不同区县、不同行业和不同所有制性质单位的城镇居民收入之差距也在逐步扩大,贫富两极分化有进一步加重的倾向,这会影响到和谐社会的构建、首都的稳定与长治久安,成为社会关注的焦点和社会发展的关键问题。

      Since 2000,the annual per capita disposable income of Beijing urban residents has been increasing continuously along with the rapid economic development in Beijing.However,the income gap is gradually widened among urban residents of different income households,different regions,different vocations and different working units with different nature of proprietary. Thus,the polarization between the rich and the poor tends to be aggravated further.This adversely affects the construction of harmonious society and impairs the lasting stability and long peace of capital city,which turns out to be the focal point of social concern and the key problem in social development.
