      高科技企业与传统企业存在显著区别,其业绩评价方法必然有其特殊性。初创阶段的高科技企业,其投资项目往往只有创意,经营业绩大多充满了不确定性,企业未来价值更是难以量化,因此,对高科技企业初创阶段业绩评价问题进行深入研究和探讨,无疑具有极其重要意义。本文在分析了目前国内外对初创阶段风险企业投资评价模型的优点及缺陷的基础上,运用企业业绩评价的基本原理,基于风险投资家的视角,从市场、技术和管理等三个层面重新构建了高科技企业初创阶段业绩评价指标体系。

英文摘要:

      The method of performance evaluation in high-tech enterprises should be distinctive due to the significant difference between the high-tech enterprises and traditional enterprises.In the initial stage of high-tech enterprises,its investment projects are quite creative and its operation performance is quite unsure.Furthermore,it is difficult to measure quantitatively the future value of the enterprise.Therefore,it goes without saying that it is of great significance to make a research on and a probe into the performance evaluation of high-tech enterprises.This paper analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of current investment evaluation models in risk enterprises both domestically and internationally.Then,on that basis,from a perspective of venture capital investor,it uses the basic principle of performance evaluation to restructure the performance evaluation index system in the initial stage of high-tech enterprises from such 3 dimensions as market,technology and management,in a hope of rendering some help to the practice of performance evaluation of high-tech enterprises in the initial stage.
