      以供给学派为代表的新自由主义思潮各学派为20世纪80年代的美国政府宏观经济管理视角向供给转向提供了理论基础,里根政府的货币、税收、预算和支出、汇率、产业规制和贸易等诸多政策都相应地体现出小政府、大市场的价值取向。分析美国20世纪80年代供给管理实践在各政策及组合层面的经验教训,是为了对我国当前宏观调控提供借鉴。

英文摘要:

      The neo-liberalism schools with their representative supply-side economics provided a theoretical foundation for American government's macroeconomic management to transfer to supply direction in 1980s.Accordingly,Reagan administration showed a value orientation toward“small government,big market”in many policies such as currency,taxation,budget and expenditure ,exchange rate,industrial regulation,trade,etc.This paper finally analyzes the experiences and lessons in the fulfillment of America's supply management policies and their combinations in 1980s,which are pointed out to be of referential significance to China's current macro-control.
