      Under the condition of socialized mass production,capital not only integrates with industries,but also has a significant role in promoting the industrial structure adjustment.The investment and financing policies to boost the industrial structure adjustment are to build regional financial centers,establish modern financial system in rural areas,further improve the capital market,continuously encourage to attract foreign direct investment in China's Mid-west Regions,vigorously develop venture capital ,positively carry out the industry-investment-fund,standardize the unofficial finance,and bring the investment policies into full play in guiding regional industrial structure adjustment.
