      通过中国和东盟在宏观环境、投资政策、融资渠道、税收制度、基础设施方面比较,提出我国应该从以下方面改善投融资环境:优化间接融资、大力发展直接融资、调整税收优惠政策、缩小区域差距、以人为本、构建和谐投融资环境、加大对农村基础建设投资力度。

英文摘要:

      By comparing the macroeconomic environment,investment policies,financing channels,taxation system and infrastructure between China and ASEAN,and by comparing the economic development strategy mode,overall level of economic development,the extent of opening to the outside world,infrastructure construction,science and technology education between China and India,this paper proposes that China should improve the investment and financing environment by optimizing indirect financing and developing direct financing,adjusting preferential policies of taxation to narrow the regional gap,building people-oriented harmonious environment for investment and financing,increasing the investment in rural infrastructure.
