      2008年7月18日,WTO裁定中国向进口汽车零件征收关税违反世贸规定。专家组建议DSB要求中国取消不符合WTO规则的相关措施。这是WTO首次裁定中国违反贸易规则。中国已经向DSB提起上诉。该案不仅涉及中国的汽车产业政策,而且涉及各国相关产业的调整和发展。

英文摘要:

      The WTO ruling issued on 18 July,2008 asserts that China's tariff measures affecting automohile parts are in vio- lation of WTO rules.The Panel recommends that the DSB request China to bring these inconsistent measures in conformity with its obligations under the WTO Agreement.This is the first time China has lost a case.China has appealed against its first legal defeat at WTO.The case in question involves not only China's automobile industry,policy,but also the adjustment and the devel- opment of related industry in various countries.
