      资产分为现金资产、实体资产、信贷资产和证券资产四种价值形态,居民获取收入的过程是对所占有的上述四类资产进行运营和转换的过程。运用资产配置边际分析法,证明人们通过不同资产运营方式获取收入的行为取决于两方面因素,即资产不同价值形态之间转化的风险和收益。在资产运营的分析框架下,居民表现出与厂商类似的资产运营行为。

英文摘要:

      Assets can be divided into four categories:cash,practicality,credit and security.People get their income through the operation and exchange of various kinds of assets.With the method of marginal analysis in asset allocation,this article proves that the income of urban househohts depends on two factors:risk and yield of assets operation between different kinds of assets. Under the analytical framework of asset operation,households are similar to manufacturers in asset operation.
