目前,连锁经营已经成为我国餐饮业发展的主要方式本文认为,餐饮企业实施连锁经营的本质是对成功的店铺经营模式的复制,店铺经营模式的核心是企业文化,而且企业文化在连锁体系内是可以复制的。因此,餐饮连锁企业要想获得成功,关键在于如何进行企业文化的复制。在此思想指导下,本文着重探讨了中式餐饮连锁企业在连锁发展过程中的企业文化复制策略。 |

These days,chain operation has been a main developing style in Chinese catering industry.This paper deems that the nature for catering enterprise to carry,out chain operation is to copy a successful store operation model,and that the core of store operation model lies in corporate culture which can be exactly copied within other stores of the chain.Therefore,the key to a successful eatering corporation chain is to copy well its corporate culture.Under such guidance,this paper focuses on the strategies of copying corporate euhure in Chinese-style catering corpuration chain. |
