      It is unbalanced for the development of China's capital market.Many companies depend more on stock market to raise capital than on bond market,which especially lags behind.We should improve the financing environment in bond market by encouraging corporations to raise capital through bond issues.Meanwhile,we should encourage financial innovation in corporate bond market in order to reduce the financing cost and increase the efficiency of capital-raising process.
