      在简要回顾宝钢、海尔、福耀、格兰仕、长虹、TCL等中国企业遭遇外国贸易救济措施与“走出去”的行为后,发现中国企业“走出去”的动因主要是避开国内激烈竞争、顺应国际化潮流、规避贸易壁垒、品牌国际化、抓住机遇、掌控战略资源、获得国际先进技术等。中国企业“走出去”路线的选择没有固定模式,企业“走出去”的绩效也就各有千秋,最后指出了中国企业“走出去”应注意的问题。

      This paper briefly reviews the "Going Global" behaviors of such Chinese enterprises as Baosteel,Haier Group,Fuyao Group,Galanz,Changhong Group,TCL,etc.when they encountered the trade remedy measures abroad.It finds that the main motivations for Chinese enterprises "Going Global" are: to avoid domestic fierce competition,to comply with the international trend,to avoid trade barriers,to promote the brand internationalization,to seize the opportunities,to control the strategic resources,to acquire access to international advanced technology,etc.The choices of "Going Global" route are of no fixed mode among Chinese enterprises,and the performances of Chinese enterprises "Going Global" also have different strong points.Finally,it points out the problems that Chinese enterprises "Going Global"should pay attention to.
