      For the circulation of agricultural products,the administrative fees are charged high and disorderly by the randomly set toll-gates,which is China's unique institutional cost and does great harm to farmers,producers,managers and consumers.So far,it has been a significant issue in question worthy of good solution under the weakest situation and the most urgent need to eradicate the institutional costs for a return of benefit to the public and establish a real,effective and efficient green channel for agricultural products.
