      技术进步作为重要的生产力,对就业结构的影响基本表现为两种趋势:技能化和高新产业化。从技术进步影响就业结构的例证分析来看,技术进步主要从产业结构方面对就业结构产生影响,由于第二产业的特殊情况,使其就业结构指数的变化与该产业生产率的关系并不明显。而第一及第三产业的就业结构指数的变化与各自产业生产率有着密切的关系。技术进步使就业结构趋于技能化和高新产业化。因此,必须加强对技能劳动力的培养,以满足企业对创新人才的需求,减缓结构性失业。同时,在重视基础产业的同时,大力发展第三产业。

英文摘要:

      As the important productivity, technology progress has an influence upon employment structure, which basically manifests in both trends of skilled and new high-tech industrialization. The example analysis shows that the impact of technology progress upon industrial structure mainly comes from the aspect of industrial structure. Due to the special circumstances in the second industry, the change in its employment structure index has no obvious relationship with its productivity. In the first industry and the third industry, however, the change in their employment structure index has very close relationship with their productivity respectively. Technology progress has made their employment structure tend to be more skilled and new high-tech industrialization. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the training of skilled labors to meet the need for innovative talents and relieve the structural unemployment. Meanwhile, we pay attention to the basic industries, but great encouragement should be put on the development of tertiary industry.
