      本文选取沪、深两市的762家上市公司2001-2006年的数据为原始样本,发现公司内部治理结构的变量与E-VA之间存在着一定的相关性,从而为改善公司内部治理结构能够提升股东价值找到了实证的依据。

英文摘要:

      By selecting the original data of 762 listed companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange during the period from 2001 to 2006, this paper finds that there is certain relativity between the variable of corporate governance structure and EVA, which thereby provides the empirical evidence for the viewpoint that the shareholder's value can be advanced through the improvement in the corporate governance structure.
