      The allied enterprises of the non-competitive strategic alliance are under different categories of industries and business scopes, which have complementary key resource, compatible corporate culture and strategy. Therefore, there is no direct competitive relationship between them. The strategic alliance operates with the characteristics of stability, low cost, extensive choice for partners and diversification in mode selection. Enterprises can construct and fulfill the non-competitive strategic alliance by the procedures such as identifying the market opportunities, choosing alliance's partners, designing alliance's cooperation and operating mode, etc.
