      So far, the development of China's pawn mortgage industry has not yet been synchronized with the national economy. The preliminary exploration is made in this essay which takes the development of pawn mortgage industry in Beijing as an example. There have been great achievements in the mortgage industry in Beijing after over 20-year development. However, there are still some existing problems, which are universally typical. The development of pawn mortgage industry is a comprehensive problem, which can only be solved under full cooperation of legislature, market administrative authority, associations and enterprises.
