      According to the technology and business properties of electric power equipments,the applied scope of concentrated tendering procurement in the State Grid Corporation of China should follow the four fundamental principles: constraint in production capacity,constraint in electric power equipment standardization,constraint in the number of vendors,and balance between performance and efficiency of procurement.The concentrated tendering procurement should not be applied to those with limited production capacity below standard,with numerous suppliers,temporary urgent need and in small quantity.
