      企业信息系统战略已经成为企业战略能力形成的使能器。尽管信息系统战略规划框架越来越多,但许多信息系统战略规划框架并没有意识到与信息系统相关的问题不仅是技术上的,而是由于忽略了IT/IS与组织环境的相互关系而造成的。此项研究旨在从提高信息系统战略规划效果的角度探索与信息系统战略规划相关的关键组织机制。

      The enterprise information system strategic planning(ISSP) has been the enabler to form its strategic capability.Despite the growing number of theoretical framework for ISSP,numerous ISSP frameworks fail to be aware that IS-related problems are not merely technological,but caused by neglecting the interrelationship between IT/IS and organizational context.This study aims to explore the key organizational mechanism related to ISSP from the perspective of improving the ISSP effect.
