      科技兴贸战略实施后,我国高新技术产品出口发展迅速,北京作为全国高新技术产品出口的代表城市,其发展状况就是一个典型例证。但是,创新能力不足、中小企业融资困难、技术中介市场不成熟等问题,对北京高新技术产品出口产生了不利影响,针对性探讨出有效对策促进北京高新技术产品出口。

      After the implementation of "Revitalizing Trade through Science and Technology Strategy",the export of new high-tech products in China has developed rapidly.Beijing is a typical case as a proof to illustrate such rapid development.However,the problems such as the lack of innovation,the difficulty in financing for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),the immature market of technology intermediates,etc.,have adversely affected the export of Beijing new high-tech products.The effective countermeasures have been probed accordingly to promote the export of Beijing new high-tech products.
