      The rapid development of world service industy and the continuous innovation in its pattern and operating mode have put the service industry under increasingly fierce international competition.Compared with the developed countries,China's service industry lacks competitiveness.In sharp contrast to the manufacturing industry in large-scale surplus,the service trade is in great deficit.How to expedite the development of trade in service has become an important content to transform the growth means of foreign trade.
