      Since the Song dynasty was one of prosperous dynasties in commercial economy during Chinese ancient times, its commercial legislation was relatively mature. In order to create an equal commercial trading order, the "method of average transportation" and the "law of market dealing" were made in the Song dynasty, both of which aimed to fight against big merchants to limit the market manipulation and monopoly by big merchants and bureaucrats.
