      餐饮业地理集聚上的分散化有利于餐饮经济的发展,实证研究表明地区餐饮业的集聚状态又主要受地区消费水平、地区市场容量以及地区旅游业发展状态的影响;因此,地区餐饮业可以采取产业创新、市场深化以及旅游带动发展战略,以促进餐饮业地理集聚上的分散化,最终推动餐饮经济的整体增长。

      The geographic decentralization of catering industry will do good to the development of catering economy. An empirical study based on Panel-data Model indicates that the concentration of regional catering industry is mainly determined by regional consumption level, regional market capability and regional tourism development. Thus, regional catering industry can adopt such strategies as industrial innovation, market exploitation and tourism-driven development in order to promote the geographic decentralization in catering industry and ultimately propel an integral growth in catering economy.
