      城市,特别是大都市是现代服务业的聚集之地。目前,研究生产型聚集理论比较多,而研究现代服务业聚集以及现代服务业聚集经济不是很多。该文对现代服务业的聚集理论、现代服务业与制作业聚集区位选择差异及集聚经济对现代服务业的影响进行了分析。

      Modern service industry is usually concentrated in cities, especially in metropolis. At present, more achievements have been made on the research of manufacturing industry concentration, but less research is being conducted on the modern service industry concentration and on the economy of modern service industry concentration. This thesis analyzes the theory of modern service industry concentration, the difference in locality choice between modern service industry concentration and manufacturing industry concentration, and the influences of the economy of industry concentration upon modern service industry.
