      我国经济发展和首都国际化地位的确立与提升,拉动了北京第三产业和商业服务业的发展。住宿餐饮业作为社会经济中的“民生”行业,直接服务于人民生活水平的提高和消费升级,服务于快速发展的现代服务业,服务于越来越国际化的商务活动及旅游会展活动。本文在对首都住宿餐饮业与北京经济发展、国内外大城市住宿餐饮业发展比较分析的基础上,探讨了首都住宿餐饮业发展的四大内外源驱动力。

      The high performance of China's economy and the increasing international recognition for its capital city have pushed the third industry and commercial service industry forward in Beijing.As an important section of people's livelihood in social economy,accommodation-catering industry directly serves people's living and consumption to improve and update.It serves the rapidly growing modern service industry,increasingly globalised business activities and tourism/conference-exhibitions.This essay makes a comparative analysis between the development of accommodation-catering industry in capital Beijing and the whole economic development in Beijing.It also makes a comparative analysis on the development of accommodation and catering industry at home and abroad.Based on the above comparative analyses,this essay explores the four internal and external "driving forces" for the development of accommodation and catering industry in capital Beijing.
