      第四方物流存在3种可能的运作模式:协同运作模式;方案集成商模式;行业创新者模式。我国第四方物流发展的基本思路为制定发展规划,推行行业标准;着力发展第三方物流企业,为第四方物流的发展提供基础;大力发展电子商务物流,建立全国物流公共信息平台;政府要转变其管理职能,搞好物流基础建设、产业服务、标准化、规范化工作;要加快物流人才培养和加大物流人才的引进力度。

      The 4PL has three possible modes of operation: Collaborative Operational Mode,Integrated Program Mode and Industry Innovator Mode.The basic thought for the development of 4PL in China is to make development plans for the implementation of industrial standards,focus on the development of a third-party logistics enterprises to provide a foundation for 4PL,develop vigorously the e-commerce logistics and establish the National Logistics Public Information Platform,transform the government's management functions to do well in logistics infrastructure construction,industrial services,standardization and normalization,enhance the logistic personnel training and strengthen the effort to introduce logistic personnel.
