      为解决严重的就业性别歧视问题,我国当下应该尽快制定《反就业性别歧视法》。该法以保护“女性的平等就业权”作为根本宗旨,并设立“反就业性别歧视委员会”。此外,尽快修改和完善相关的法律,最终形成以《宪法》为最高依据,以《反就业性别歧视法》为核心,以《劳动法》和《妇女权益保障法》为辅助的合理的法律体系,保障男女的就业平等和男女的全面平等,从而实现社会的均衡发展与和谐之美。
英文摘要:
      In order to solve the severe gender discrimination against female, China should stipulate for the “Law on Gender Discrimination in Employment”as soon as possible. With its fundamental objective to protect the female’s equal right in employment, the law should provide for the establishment of “Anti-employment Gender Discrimination Commission”. In addition, the author suggests that China should amend and improve the related laws and regulations to ultimately form a reasonable legal system - top priority given to “Constitution”, with “Law on Gender Discrimination in Employment” as core, “Labor Law” and “Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Women” as supplementary assistances - to guarantee the employment equality and total equality for male and female in order to realize the social balanced development and harmony.
