      Based on the analyses of debt-into-equity practices in China and other major countries in the world, this article takes the realistic cases as examples to prove thoroughly that debt-into-equity is rational, legal and feasible from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The debt-into-equity can be of help to more effective allocation of resources and promote the harmonious development of market economy, which should be supported and guaranteed by legislation and administration.
