      通过对北京、广东、上海三地区软件产业发展状况的分析可见,北京软件业综合实力最强,广东次之,上海排名第三。三地区之间既有竞争,又有一定程度的协作。三地区软件业未来发展方向是:发挥政府作用、地区间加强协作、软件企业自身加强技术开发、重视质量控制、加快国际化进程等。

      Through a comparative analysis of the development in software industry in Beijing, Guangdong and Shanghai, it can be seen that the software industry in Beijing is the strongest in terms of comprehensive strength, followed by Guangdong and with Shanghai ranking the third. The three regions have both competition and collaboration to some extent. The development directions of software industry in the three regions are: to play the appropriate role of government, to strengthen the inter-regional cooperation, to enhance the technology development within the software industry itself, to attach great importance to quality control, to speed up the process of internationalization, etc.
