      The innovation of enterprise system refers to the innovation in organizational system and managerial system. In modern Chinese times, on one hand, the enterprises continuously made the necessary adjustment and reshaping to the organizations. On the other hand, the enterprises implemented the scientific management system. The innovation in organizational system brought new opportunities to the development of the enterprises. The innovation in management system met the needs of the development for enterprises. But the innovation of enterprise system also had its limitation.
