      Businesses cannot do without financing. However, financing will surely bring out risks. This paper tends to discuss the financing risks as well as their tributes and types, analyze the influencing factors of financing risks, introduce the evaluation methods of financing risks, and finally put forward the measures to prevent the financing risks.
