      中国吸引外资已具有相当规模,但由于对外开放政策和各地区资源禀赋不同,外商直接投资在我国的区位分布极不平衡。西部地区利用外资整体上规模小、质量待提高。通过对西部地区的区位条件进行分析,充分认识西部地区所具有的区位优劣势,优化区位环境,吸引外商直接投资。

英文摘要:

      China has attracted foreign investment on a considerably large scale. But due to the regional differences in open policy and resource endowment, the regional distribution of foreign direct investment (FDI) is in extreme imbalance in China. In China's western regions, the absorption of foreign capital is generally on a small scale with poor quality to be improved. This paper analyzes the location conditions in China’s western regions, well aware of the advantages and disadvantages in western regions. It suggests that the location environment should be optimized to attract foreign direct investment.
