The Japanese cultures of surviving crisis, teamwork and learning from advanced countries have great effects on its quality management. The American cultures affect its quality management for its emphasis on logical thinking, the admiration for individualism and the awareness of competition. With reference to quality management and Japanese and American cultures, what should be paid attention is put forward for China's enterprises to obtain the advantages in quality competition. |
